Tax Law
PerfumeYouPayless.com is a California based company. State law has required us
to collect a sales tax of 8.25% on all orders shipped within the California
state. All orders that will be shipped outside of California are exempt from
sales tax.
Return Policy
PerfumeYouPayless.com would like you to be completely satisfied with your
purchases. Therefore, there is a 14 day money back return policy from the date
of your purchase. We do not refund any item that has been used. Your product
should be unopened and in its original package for a full refund. If qualified,
the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax will be promptly refunded to
your credit card within 7- 14 days after we receive your returned product(s).
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. If you
have a return simply email us as soon as possible at
service@perfumeyoupayless.com. Please provide us with you name, order #,
phone # and reason for return. We will then contact you with more details.
Damaged Goods
PerfumeYouPayless.com sent out every merchandise in top shape condition. But if
in any cases your order is damaged during shipment, contact us immediately by
email at service@perfumeyoupayless.com
as soon as possible so we can file a claim with UPS. Please remember that it is
very important for you to retain the damaged products in order to file the
claim.
Shipping
Shipping will be $6.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
We are not taking any international orders at the moment. However,
we are planning to in the future, so check back with us.
Secure Online Ordering
All customer's personal information submitted including credit card number,
name, and address will be encrypted so that it cannot be read by someone over
the Internet. Fraudulent orders and credit card frauds will be considered
mail frauds which is deemed a federal crime prosecutable by the United States
Postal Services. We hope that our customers find the online shopping experience

will only use it when it becomes necessary to contact you regarding your order.

cooperate with all california law enforcement agencies in identifying all those
who have or will use our services for any illegal activities. We reserves every
right to report to all california law enforcement agencies of any activities
that we feel and believe is unlawful. PerfumeYouPayless.com also reserve the
right to make any changes to it website and these disclaimers, condition and
terms at any time. Since this is an online site and we make constant changes
to our products and prices, we reserve the right to pull out any item off of
the site at any time.
